WARNING

  1. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Children must never carry out cleaning and user maintenance without supervision.
  2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  3. Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.
  4. WARNING: To ensure your children‘s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene, etc.) out of their reach.
  5. If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent to avoid hazards.
  6. Never pull on the cord when unplugging.

  • Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
  • Always unplug the appliance from the mains before you assemble, disassemble, clean, or make adjustments to any of the accessories.
  • Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap. Only use a moist cloth to clean the motor unit.

Read these instructions for use carefully before you use the appliance and save them for future reference.

BEFORE FIRST USE

Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food before you use the appliance for the first time.

PREPARE FOR USE

  1. Let hot ingredients cool down before you chop them, blend them, or pour them into the beaker (max. temperature 80°C).
  2. Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2 cm before you process them.
  3. Assemble the appliance properly before you put the plug in the wall socket.

USING THE APPLIANCE

The hand blender is intended for:

    • blending liquids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks, and shakes.
    • mixing soft ingredients, e.g.
    • pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
  1. Attach the SS stick to the motor unit until it locks.
  2. Put the ingredients in the beaker and just as well in any other vessel.
  3. Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients to avoid splashing.
  4. Then choose “1”-“5”, and switch the appliance on by pressing the normal or turbo speed button.
  5. Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the ingredients.
  6. Use the hand blender for no longer than 1 minute.
    • Caution: the blade is very sharp!

HOW TO USE THE CHOPPER

Chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes, etc.

  • Don’t chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans, and grains.
Before chopping…
  1. Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade. Caution: the blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
  2. Place the blade on the center pin of the chopper bowl. Press down the blade and lock the bowl. Always place the chopper bowl on the anti-slip base.
  3. Place the food in the chopper bowl.
  4. Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopper bowl.
  5. Turn the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid until it locks.
  6. Then transfer the inching switch and Press switchⅠor switchⅡ to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the motor unit with one hand and the chopper bowl in the other.
  7. After use, turn the motor unit off the chopping bowl lid.
  8. Then remove the chopping bowl lid. Carefully take out the blade.
  9. Carefully take out the blade.
  10. Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.
  11. Don’t operate hard food for no longer than 10 seconds.

HOW TO USE THE WHISK

Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites, and mixing sponges and Ready-mix desserts.

  1. Inset the whisk into the whisk holder, and then turn the gearbox on the motor unit until it locks.
  2. Place the whisk in a vessel and then transfer inching switch and press the switchⅠor switchⅡ to operate it.
  3. Use the whisk for no longer than 2 minutes.
  4. Turn the gear box off the motor unit after use. Then pull the whisk out of the gear box.

CLEANING

  1. Unplug the appliance.
  2. Press the release buttons on the motor unit to remove the blender bar or coupling unit.
  3. Disassemble the rest of the parts.
  4. Wipe the motor unit, the chopper coupling, and the whisk coupling unit with a moist cloth.

Do not immerse the motor unit, S.s stick the unit in water.

  1. Unplug the appliance.
  2. Press the release buttons on the motor unit to remove the Ss stick.
  3. Wipe the motor unit, and the Ss stick with a moist cloth.

Disposal of old electrical appliances.
