USING HAND MIXER

  1. With the speed selector in the beater eject position, plug the cord into a power outlet.
  2. Turn the Speed selector to your desired speed and begin mixing. The mixer runs at the highest speed when pressing the burst button. Tip: Always start mixing at slow speeds and increase the speed gradually to prevent ingredients from splashing out of the mixing bowl. When adding dry ingredients, use the lowest speed to prevent the snowstorm effect.
  3. The max operation time per time shall not exceed 5 minutes and a minimum of 20 minutes of rest time must be maintained between two consecutive cycles. When kneading yeast dough, suggest the speed selector is in 1 or 2 positions then set it to top speed to achieve the best results. When mixing is complete, turn the speed selector to the beater eject position and unplug the cord from the power outlet.
  4. Scrape the excess food particles from the beaters or dough hooks with a rubber or wooden spatula.
  5. To remove the beaters/dough hooks, place fingers loosely around the spindles and turn the speed selector to the beater eject position then depress it firmly down. (See Fig1). Make sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet before removing the beaters/dough hooks.

CLEANING

  1. Unplug the appliance and wait for it to completely cool down before cleaning.
  2. Wipe over the outside surface of the appliance with a dampened cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth.
  3. Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
  4. Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and wipe dry. The beaters and dough hooks may be placed and washed in the dishwasher.

COOKERY TIPS

  1. Refrigerated ingredients, ie butte, butte, and eggs should be at room temperature before mixing begins. Set these ingredients out ahead of time.
  2. Assemble all ingredients and utensils near the mixer.
  3. To eliminate the possibility of shells or deteriorated/off eggs in your recipe, break eggs into separate containers first, then add them to the mixture.
  4. When mixing egg whites, be sure the bowls and beaters are thoroughly cleaned and dried. As even the smallest amount of oil on the beaters or bowls may cause the egg whites not to aerate.
  5. Always start mixing at slow speeds. Gradually increase to the recommended speed as stated in the recipe.
  6. Do not over-beat. Be careful that you only mix/blend mixtures until recommended in your recipe. Fold in dry ingredients only until just combined. Always use the low speed. At any stage of mixing, overbeating can cause toughness, close texture, lack of rising,g, or excessive shrinkage. Climatic conditions. Seasonal temperature changes, the temperature of ingredients, and their texture variation from area to area all play a part in the required mixing time and the results achieved.
  7. During mixing, ingredients may splash to the sides of the bowl. To scrape the bowl, turn the beaters to the OFF position and using a plastic or rubber spatula, scrape the bowl. NEVER USE A KNIFE, METAL SPOON, OR FORK, as this may cause damage to the beaters and bowl. A light scraping after the addition of each ingredient assists in achieving efficient mixing.
