We hope that you will find it to be the finest product of its kind. The Sound Machine helps create your perfect sleep environment. You can fall asleep to any of its twelve calming sounds. It can also mask distractions to improve your concentration while you read, work, or study.

Assembly and Instructions for Use
- Unpack the unit carefully and check to make sure the USB Charging cable is included.
- This unit is powered by a lithium-ion battery and is charged using a USB charging cord, which is included
- This unit can be charged in two ways:
- Using the USB port on your computer or
- Using a wall outlet (100V-240VAC 50/60 Hz). This option will require a power cord with a Micro USB or any USB AC adaptor (not included).
- Please note this product will require up to 4 hours of charging for up to 12 hours of playtime.
Listening to Nature Sounds
- Look at the bottom of the unit and make sure the TRAVEL LOCK is set to UNLOCK (Fig. 1). Power on the unit by pressing and holding the POWER button for 3 seconds (Fig. 3).
- Turn the center white ring around the speaker to choose what sound you wish
to listen to (Fig. 2).
- To adjust the volume, Press one of the VOLUME buttons (Fig. 3) to your desired
level. - When finished listening to the sounds you may turn them off by pressing and holding the POWER button for 3 seconds (Fig. 3).
The travel lock feature will prevent the unit from turning on while traveling. It will turn the unit off if switched to lock while in use.
Using the Auto-Timer
- When the power is on and you are listening to a nature sound you may set a timer so the unit will automatically turn off.
- Toggle through the TIMER button (Fig. 3) until the corresponding LED illuminates next to the time of your choice, 15,30 or 60 minutes. The unit will automatically shut off after the selected time. If you choose to listen to another timed sound press the timer button to select a desired time. If you choose to listen to the sounds continuously, press the Timer button until none of the 15, 30, or 60-minute LEDs are illuminated.
NOTE: If you have the unit on Auto-Timer and the unit shuts off after the selected time you must turn the unit back ON to continue listening to your machine.

You may leave the unit on display, or you can store it in its box or a cool, dry place. - To Clean
Wipe off the dust with a damp cloth. NEVER use liquids or abrasive cleaners to clean. Modifications not authorized by the manufacturer may void user authority to operate this device.

Limited Year Warranty
HoMedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. HoMedics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers. To obtain warranty service on your HoMedics product, contact a consumer relations representative for assistance.
Please make sure to have the model number of the product available.HoMedics does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer, or remote purchasers, to obligate HoMedics in any way beyond the terms set forth herein.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may vary from country to country. Because of individual country regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
