- If the mounting plate is not installed tightly to the door, use the screw pads provided.
- If the smart lock is not installed tightly to the door, use the provided 3M sticker
SETTING UP THE SYSTEM
- Download and install the eufy Security app, then sign up for an account
- Follow on-screen instructions to add the smart lock to your device list

The suitable temperature for Homebased 2 and accessories is -10°C-45°C. The suitable temperature for Video Doorbell 2K (Wired) and accessories is -20°C – 50°C. When charging, please place the device in an environment that has a normal room temperature and good ventilation. To maintain compliance with RF exposure requirements, use products that maintain a 20cm distance between the device and the human body.
